RECs consistent level of quality is established through the adoption of a Quality Management System. This consists of procedures, professional efforts of trained and competent employees, combined with a customer satisfaction policy that reflects the competence of the company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent auditing authorities.
RECs Quality Management System is based on policies and procedures fully documented and defined by the Quality Manual. The Quality Manual defines the processes necessary to ensure that the product conforms to all customer and regulatory requirements. The Quality Management System applies to all activities of the Company, and is in compliance with all applicable elements of ISO 9001:2000 International Standards.
